Calling all Wikimedia editors, Wikipedia-curious and friends of open knowledge! Join the Bay Area Wikipedians for an evening of learning about Wikipedia, over pizza, cake and drinks.

Join one of five activities:

• Make your first edits or your first page: a workshop for newcomers
• Learn the basics of studio photography: a Wikiportraits training
• Friends of Wiki: map time! Bring a project, a favorite map, a mapping project, or get started with OpenStreetMap – joined by South Bay Map Night
• Wiki Tech and AI: a social for technical editors of wiki, public-interest AI and other open source software projects
