UN Mappers Community Discussion: Community Chapters Initiative

Context: Building upon the success and best practices of other open mapping communities, we are exploring to recognize UN Mappers Chapters to grow the open mapping community and establish a community-owned open data/mapping production.
What we did so far: We are currently in the implementation of the UN Maps Community Ambassadors Pilot Initiative and have received interests from different orgs to be a chapter.
