OpenULiègeMap is the project name used for mapping activities at ULiège contributing to OpenStreetMap. We map university campuses and surroundings.
This is the eleventh activity of OpenULiègeMap. This time it will be around Place du XX-août central university building. As usual we will target mapping commons and public infrastructures, but this time we will also try to update shops around including bakeries, organic shops, coffee shops, ...
We will use Streetcomplete, Mapcomplete, SCEE, Everydoor,... We will also have a look at https://cartes.app/
No prior knowledge/experience required. To speed up the onboarding you can create an account beforehand: https://www.openstreetmap.org/user/new
Start at noon, ends at 2PM, but feel free to join us for a shorter period. Look for people using intensively their smartphone ;) around rue de la Cathédrale, rue de la Régence, rue de l'Université, Pont d'île, passage Lemonnier, ...
