The OpenStreetMap community of Delhi invites everyone to its 19th mapping party - our first one in Noida!

Join us and meet new people, explore new places, and learn how to use and improve this community resource.

Whether you're totally new to OSM or a veteran mapper, we've got something for everyone.

The more the people, the greater our impact. Each mapper matters!

📱 No laptop needed, just bring a working Android or iOS phone!
🗓️ Date - Sunday, 27th of July
🕙 Time - 4 PM to 7 PM

How do I join?

1. Click the "Attend" button on the events you're attending. You will need to create an OpenStreetMap account, if you don't have one already.

2. Register with OSM Delhi by filling out our Cryptpad form, or give us a call at +91-98992-37909

What will we be doing?

• 16:00 to 16:15 - Meet the people
• 16:15 to 16:25 - New participants learn what OSM is and a simple way of using it.
• Returning participants learn new ways of using OSM.
• 16:25 to 16:40 - New participants learn to edit OSM
• Returning participants learn new ways of editing OSM.
• 16:40 to 16:45 - We split into teams, and each team is assigned an area to map.
• 16:45 to 18:45 - The teams map the areas they are assigned to.
• 18:45 to 19:00 - We regroup, and conclude the party.
• 19:00 onwards - we grab some food and drinks together.

We suggest bringing...

• a smartphone (preferably Android)
• a power bank
• a charging cable
• drinking water
• friends and colleagues - the more the merrier 🙂

How do I learn about future mapping parties?
