A Mapping Meetup: Who makes maps? and how do we use them for our communities?
An OpenStreetMap Chennai Mapping Meetup on the streets of Wimco Nagar, Ennore. This event brings people together to discuss and contribute to OpenStreetMap, a community made map.
The meetup is open to all people, even if you have not mapped before.
28th December (Saturday) 2:00 PM at Wimco Nagar Depot Metro Station. Please bring a smartphone, a powerbank, charging cable, an umbrella and water.
We will map important features of the community like health services, shops, mmunity education, community spaces and so on using our phones.
