Missing Maps Mapathon Žilina #8

Missing Maps mapathon is a volunteer workshop on which you can vectorize aerial photos into the OpenStreetMap for the humanitarian organization Doctors without Borders. The mapathon outputs then help the medical and logistic teams in the affected areas in various emergency situations.
Mapathon will take place on February 12, 2020 from 17:00 to 20:00 in spaces of Scheidt & Bachmann Slovensko (2. floor), Living Centrum, Prielohy 1012/1C, 010 07 Žilina-Solinky, Slovakia.
The workshop is open to the general public and admission is free. You need to bring your own laptop and we also recommend a PC mouse for better vectorization of the territory.
The mapping workshop is organized by Amavet 962 (https://www.amavet962.org). Its volunteers from April 2017 until the end of January 2020 organized or resp. actively participated in 31 mapathons (Bratislava 8, Zilina 7, Nitra 4, Presov 4, Brno 4, Zvolen 1, Kosice 1, Prague 1, Nis in Serbia 1).
