Integration of buildings in Wallonia based on PICC data

Let's fill in all the buildings of Belgium in OpenStreetMap!
Recently, a tool has been developed to import buildings from reference sources (GRB, PICC and Urbis) into OpenStreetMap (OSM). This tool, available on buildings.osm.be, prepares the building data to be integrated into OSM and sends them to the JOSM editor where they can be merged with existing data.
Following contacts with the SPW (service public de Wallonia), we decided to start this import on the municipality of Namur. The purpose of this meetup is to present the tool to all interested OSM contributors, and to coordinate the import on this municipality.
There will be a rather technical section with a demo of the import using JOSM. For those interested in, we suggest to install JOSM and the plugin "utilsplugin2" before the meeting.
