London pub meet-up
London, England, United Kingdom
Parcel Yard Pub in Kings X station
On Wednesday 8th December we'll have a London pub meet-up at the Parcel Yard pub in King Cross from 6:30pm. Join us for some friendly social beers and chit chat on the subject of OpenStreetMap (contributing/using experienced/beginners, whatever interests you in and around OpenStreetMap!)
The Parcel Yard is inside Kings Cross station towards the back. Past the funky curvy roof. Past the Harry Potter shop. Up some steps. We'll be on the first floor somewhere (not the 2nd floor restaurant), but it's quite big. We'll try to get a table but may be standing until the after-work crowd subsides. If you think you may have trouble recognising anyone, turn up at 7pm when the group will be more assembled, and look out for maps or OpenStreetMap hi-viz vests or polo shirts. Also take Harry's number: O7979815O13
Later we might leave the pub to go get food together, but maybe not actually because the usual Benito's Hat has closed down :-(
Whether you're a mapper, map user, or just curious, come join us! If you think you may have trouble recognising anyone, turn up half an hour late (when the group will be more assembled), and look out for OpenStreetMap hi-viz vests.
Mark yourself as "attending" here, because it's fun. Not everyone bothers signing up. We normally expect about 5/10 people at the pub.
