 tart.\n\nYou should ideally also join the OSM India Jabber/XMPP channel (s
 ee below)\, but it's not required.\n\n## What will we be doing?\n\n- 8:00 
 to 8:15 - Introductions  \n- 8:15 to 8:30 - New participants learn what OS
 M is and a simple way of using it.  \n* Experienced mappers can choose to 
 start editing areas of their choice right away.  \n- 8:30 to 9:15 - New pa
 rticipants learn how to add points\, lines\, and areas to OSM.  \n- 9:15 t
 o 10:45 - New participants continue mapping.  \n- 10:45 to 11:00 - We conc
